WHAT YOU GET
- The front panel, the modem mount, one keystone jack and one Ethernet cable.
- The heat-set inserts and screws to connect all three pieces.
- Rack screws and cage nuts are not included. Use whatever your rack takes.
MATERIAL
PETG, not PLA. These modems run warm around the clock, and PETG holds its shape where PLA starts to soften.

Perfect for what I needed. Sleek design and easy to install.
Rackmount for modem fit exactly, although needed a strap across back to hold in place. Cat.6 Jacks were provided along with short Cat6 cable.
