If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Contact us at the email below to start a return.
If a standard product doesn't fit your device as described, we will reprint and reship at no cost. Send us a photo showing the fit issue and we'll sort it immediately.
Because custom mounts are designed and printed specifically for your device after purchase, they are non-refundable once printing begins. We share a design mockup before starting — if you are not happy with the design at that stage, let us know and we will revise it before printing.
Email us with your order number and reason for return.
We'll confirm within 1–2 business days and provide a return address.
Ship the item back. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving the item.
