30-day return window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Email us to start a return.
Free reprints for poor fit
If a standard product doesn't fit your device as described, we will reprint and reship at no cost. Send us a photo showing the fit issue and we'll sort it immediately.
Custom orders
Because custom mounts are designed and printed specifically for your device after purchase, they are non-refundable once printing begins. We share a design mockup before starting. If you are not happy with the design at that stage, let us know and we will revise it before printing.
How to initiate a return
Email us with your order number and reason for return.
We'll confirm within 1–2 business days and provide a return address.
Ship the item back. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refund processed within 5 business days of receiving the item.
- Items damaged due to improper installation
- Returns requested after 30 days
- Custom orders after printing has begun
- Items without proof of purchase
