Common questions

How accurate is the fit? +
We design to ±0.5mm tolerances. If the fit is off, we reprint at no cost.
What if I change my mind after approving? +
Once you approve and purchase, we begin printing. Changes after that may incur a small reprint fee.
Will my design be added to the public store? +
Only with your permission. You can opt in and receive store credit when it's published.
Can I get a mount for a discontinued device? +
Absolutely. As long as we can obtain accurate dimensions, we'll design a mount for it.
What rack standards do you support? +
We currently design for EIA-310 19" standard racks and 10" mini racks.
How long does the whole process take? +
Typically 1–2 weeks: 48hr CAD preview, 1–3 days for approval, then 3–5 days print and shipping.
