Yes. Most of the catalog started as a customer request. Use the custom request form and give us the brand, the exact model number, and whether you are on a 10 inch or 19 inch rack. We do not need the physical device, just the model number in most cases. If we cannot find published dimensions we will ask you for a few measurements.

We ship to the US and 27 other countries, listed on the Shipping Info page. International rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

US orders typically arrive in 3–7 business days. International orders take 7–21 days depending on the destination.

Everything is printed to order, so a low or zero stock number on a listing does not mean we cannot fill it. Order quantity is not a limit either. If you need more than a listing shows, message us and we will set it up.

We print in PETG (standard), ASA (heat & UV resistant), and ABS (high impact). PETG is recommended for most indoor homelab builds.

We design for EIA-310 standard 19" racks and compact 10" mini racks. Custom rack sizes are available on request.

Black is standard and always in stock. White is available at no extra charge, just add a note before you order and we will print it that way. Other colors depend on what filament we are holding, so ask first and we will tell you what is possible.

When a listing offers keystone jacks as an option, the jacks and a short patch cable are included with the mount. You do not need to buy them separately. We can also add pass through cutouts to a design that does not offer them, which is handled as a custom request.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items need to be unused and in their original condition. Email us with your order number to start one.

If a standard product does not fit the device as described, we reprint and reship it at no cost. Send us a photo showing the fit issue and we will sort it out. You do not need to return the original first.

Custom mounts are designed and printed for your specific device, so they are non-refundable once printing begins. You approve a design mockup before we start, and if the design is not right at that stage we revise it until it is.

Return shipping is covered by the customer, unless the item is faulty or does not fit as described. In those cases we cover it.

We confirm your return within 1 to 2 business days and send you a return address. Once the item reaches us, the refund is processed within 5 business days.

Damage from improper installation, returns requested after 30 days, and custom orders once printing has begun.

Every mount is built to one specific chassis, and the listing title names the models it is designed for. Manufacturers often reuse the same case across a family, so a model that is not named may still fit. If yours is not listed, message us with the exact model number from the label on the underside of the device and we will check it against the manufacturer drawings before you buy.

These are enclosed cages, not open shelves. The device slides in through the back and sits in a pocket cut to its size, with retention bars across the rear to stop it pushing out. The front is open so the ports and any display stay reachable from the front of the rack. The fit is snug but not locked, so we do not recommend transporting a rack with the device left in the mount.

The pocket is cut with clearance for the feet, and that clearance is the gap you are seeing. Most devices seat correctly with the feet on. A few chassis have taller feet than the manufacturer documents, and on those the device will not drop all the way in until the feet come off. If it still will not seat with the feet removed, send us a photo and the height measured with calipers and we will correct the design and reprint it.

For a 10 inch mini rack the practical ceiling is about 200mm wide. Anything wider needs a 19 inch mount. On 19 inch there is more room, but very deep or very tall devices push past what we can print in one piece. Height is usually what decides whether a design lands at 1U, 2U or 3U. Send us the model and we will tell you which size it needs, or if it is not something we can do well.

These are designed for the network gear and mini PCs they are named for, and a single device of normal weight for its class is not a problem. Heavy devices and multi device rows are where printed plastic starts to flex at the middle joint. If your device is on the heavy side, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is a good fit.

Every 19 inch Modular Series mount is a half width piece with a rack ear on the outside and a joint in the middle. Two of them bolt together at that joint to fill a single rack unit, using the hardware included with the mounts. Any two Modular Series pieces of the same height pair with each other, so a switch mount and a modem mount can share one row.

Almost all of our designs print for either side. Tell us in the order notes which half of the rack unit you want the device on, and which side you want any keystone jacks, and we will print it that way. A few designs are fixed to one side, and if yours is one of them we will tell you before printing.

A half width blank. Ask for one with your order and we will include it, so you can run a single device now and swap the blank for a second mount later. The blank uses the same joint, so nothing needs replacing when you expand.

We sell a blank with a power supply shelf in both 1U and 2U. It pairs with any Modular Series mount, so the device sits on one half of the row and its power brick hides on the other. The shelves work best with a zip tie holding the brick down.
