The Nokia G-211M-C is the Verizon Fios ONT that terminates the fiber and hands off Ethernet, phone, and MoCA coax, and this mount gets it off the wall and into a 19" rack next to your switch and router. The front-mount design keeps the status LEDs facing out where you can read them and leaves the coax, phone, and Ethernet connections reachable, so you are not pulling the unit out to trace a cable. It fills a single 1U slot.
Compatible with: Nokia G-211M-C, the Verizon Fios triple play ONT with one Gigabit Ethernet port, two POTS phone ports, and a MoCA RF coax connection.
β οΈ Important: Verizon has shipped several different ONTs over the years, so check the model printed on the label before ordering. This is sized for the Nokia G-211M-C only. The older Alcatel-Lucent I-211M-L and the much larger Nokia G-211G-A are different housings and will not fit.
You get the 3D printed mount itself, sized to hold the ONT snugly with the connector face open and the LEDs visible. Rack mounting hardware is not included, so use whatever screws your rack uses.
I print this in PETG instead of PLA for better heat tolerance, so it holds its shape in a warm network closet. π¬ For any custom design requests please message me.

Pretty Satisfied with it in general. The panel plate is slightly thicker than all my other panel plates, but that's not an issue since my screws are long enough. The screws were a snug fit that required me to slowly screw through the hole; The screw won't slip through the hole. I didn't see a way to secure the Netgear device but it shouldn't fall off with all the connected cables.
