This mount gets the D-Link DMS-108P multi-gig PoE switch off the shelf and into your 10" mini rack. The front-facing ports stay fully accessible, and the open design leaves the fanless metal housing room to breathe, which matters on a switch pushing up to 230 W of PoE.
**Compatible with:** D-Link DMS-108P (190 x 120 x 38 mm). Note this fits the PoE model only. The non-PoE DMS-108 is a smaller chassis and will not fit this mount.
Included is the 3D printed rack mount. Rack mounting hardware is not included, so use whatever your rack uses. The switch's power brick is external, so if you want a tidy home for it, the 1U power supply shelf in my shop pairs well with this mount.
The mount is 3D printed in PETG for better heat tolerance than PLA, a good match for a high-power PoE switch that runs warm under load. A 19" version is also listed in my shop.

Pretty Satisfied with it in general. The panel plate is slightly thicker than all my other panel plates, but that's not an issue since my screws are long enough. The screws were a snug fit that required me to slowly screw through the hole; The screw won't slip through the hole. I didn't see a way to secure the Netgear device but it shouldn't fall off with all the connected cables.
