19" Zyxel MG-105 & XMG-105 2.5G Switch Rack Mount - 1U (Modular)

Fits the Zyxel MG-105 and XMG-105 2.5G switches in a 19 inch rack, 1U. It ships as both halves with the joining hardware, so it fills the full rack width out of the box.

• Zyxel MG-105 (5-port 2.5GbE)
• Zyxel XMG-105 (5-port 2.5GbE plus 10G SFP+)

⚠️ Before you order and install:

• Check yours is a 5-port model. The 8-port MG-108, XMG-108 and XMG-108HP sit on a wider chassis, and the GS1200-5 is different again. I list separate mounts for those.
• Zyxel ships the rubber feet loose in the box as adhesive pads. Leave them off. This mount is cut to the bare chassis and the pads add enough height to stop the switch seating properly.

WHAT YOU GET

• Both halves of the mount, the device side and the blank side, plus the screws and heat set inserts that join them.
• No rack screws. Those are the ones that came with your rack.

MODULAR
This one is part of my Modular Series. It arrives with a blank half already, so it fills the full rack row on day one. Swap that blank later for any other Modular Series mount and run two devices side by side in the same 1U. Pieces pair within the same U height, so a 1U joins a 1U.

MATERIAL
3D printed in PETG. A fanless 2.5G switch runs warm all day in a closed rack, and PETG holds its shape at temperatures that make PLA sag.
