Gets the Omada ER7212PC up off the desk and into your 19" rack alongside your switches and patch panel. The front-mount design keeps all four WAN ports and the eight PoE+ LAN ports facing forward so your cabling stays accessible and tidy, and it holds the gateway flat in a single U. Good for homelabs, small offices, and Omada-based networks where you want the controller and gateway mounted cleanly instead of sitting loose on a shelf.

Because this router is wider than a standard half-rack insert, I designed it as a full-width three-piece bracket: a center tray that cradles the device and two rack ears that bolt on with the included M3 heat-set inserts and screws to lock everything into one rigid 19" unit. Rack mounting hardware is not included, so use whatever your rack uses.
I 3D print this in PETG rather than PLA for the better heat tolerance, which matters for a fanless PoE gateway that pushes up to 110W and runs warm under load. The open lattice keeps air moving across the chassis. I also list a 19" mount for the smaller Omada ER605 in my shop if that is the unit you are running.

Pretty Satisfied with it in general. The panel plate is slightly thicker than all my other panel plates, but that's not an issue since my screws are long enough. The screws were a snug fit that required me to slowly screw through the hole; The screw won't slip through the hole. I didn't see a way to secure the Netgear device but it shouldn't fall off with all the connected cables.
