⚠️ Before you order and install:
Check the label on your switch reads MG-108. The XMG-108 is a different chassis and has its own mount in my shop, so the two are not interchangeable.
Fits the Zyxel MG-108 8-port 2.5G switch in a 19" rack at 1U. It is a full-width bracket, so the switch takes the whole rack row on its own, with no shelf underneath and no zip ties holding it down.

WHAT YOU GET
- The mount in three parts, the center tray and the two rack ears, plus the M3 heat-set inserts and screws that join them. Assembled, it spans the full 19" width.
- Rack screws are not included. Use whatever your rack takes.
MATERIAL
PETG, not PLA. Eight 2.5G ports under load put real heat into a fanless chassis, and PETG keeps its shape at temperatures where PLA starts to soften.

Every 19" mount bolts together before it goes in the rack. Which guide fits depends on how this one is built:
- Two halves with a seam down the middle19" Modular Rack Mount: Assembly and Install
- A centre tray and two separate ears19" Extended Rack Mount: Assembly and Install
Either way: rack screws are not included, the oval slots take M6 and #12-24, and the device goes in last.
