This is a 19 inch rack mount for the ICY DOCK ExpressCage hot swap drive cage. It turns a 5.25 inch bay cage into a standalone rack unit, with the six drive trays facing forward so you can pull and swap drives without unracking anything. Good for homelab storage builds where you want hot swap bays without committing to a full NAS chassis.
**Compatible with:** ICY DOCK ExpressCage MB326SP-B, MB326SP-1B, MB324SP-B, MB324SP-1B and MB038SP-B. These share the same 5.25 inch front face, and the mount is open at the back so the slightly shallower models sit a few millimetres forward without binding. It does not fit the flexiDOCK MB024SP-B, which is a much shorter cage.
You get the two printed mount halves and the hardware to join them into one unit. Rack mounting screws are not included, so use whatever your rack takes.
I 3D print this mount in PETG, which holds up better than PLA next to drives that run warm. Loaded with six drives and cables the cage runs over a kilogram, so fix the mount to your rack rails rather than resting it on a shelf. A 10 inch mini-rack version is also listed in my shop. π¬ For any custom design requests please message me.

What a quality build. He worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted
Came out perfect, as needed.
Pretty Satisfied with it in general. The panel plate is slightly thicker than all my other panel plates, but that's not an issue since my screws are long enough. The screws were a snug fit that required me to slowly screw through the hole; The screw won't slip through the hole. I didn't see a way to secure the Netgear device but it shouldn't fall off with all the connected cables.
Very nice design! A great way to take the weird shape of the modem and make it rack mountable
This is great. Looks great in the rack and amazing quality
Amazing I love how it looks.
