The Fosi Audio ZA3 is a punchy little TPA3255 power amp, and this mount gets it off the desk and into a 19" rack with the rest of your audio gear. The front-mount design keeps the volume knob and input switch facing out and easy to reach, while the speaker terminals and power input stay on the rear. It sits in a 2U slot to clear the amp's height, the sides stay open so the ZA3's vents keep it cool under load, and the modular design lets you pair it with another 19" modular mount to fill out the row.

You get the 3D printed mount itself, sized to hold the ZA3 with the front face open for the controls. The external 48V power brick is not mounted. Rack mounting hardware is not included, so use whatever screws your rack uses.
I print this in PETG instead of PLA for better heat tolerance, which matters next to a class-D amp that warms up under load. A 10" mini-rack version is also listed in my shop. 💬 For any custom design requests please message me.

Came out perfect, as needed.
Pretty Satisfied with it in general. The panel plate is slightly thicker than all my other panel plates, but that's not an issue since my screws are long enough. The screws were a snug fit that required me to slowly screw through the hole; The screw won't slip through the hole. I didn't see a way to secure the Netgear device but it shouldn't fall off with all the connected cables.
