The mount itself is included. Rack mounting hardware is not included, so use whatever your rack uses.
I print this in PETG rather than PLA because a mini PC this capable runs warm under sustained CPU and GPU loads, and PETG holds its shape at temperatures that make PLA sag. A 19" rack version is also listed in my shop. 💬 For any custom design requests please message me.

Came out perfect, as needed.
Pretty Satisfied with it in general. The panel plate is slightly thicker than all my other panel plates, but that's not an issue since my screws are long enough. The screws were a snug fit that required me to slowly screw through the hole; The screw won't slip through the hole. I didn't see a way to secure the Netgear device but it shouldn't fall off with all the connected cables.
