19" Netgate 4200 pfSense Firewall Rack Mount - 2U

Fits the Netgate 4200 security gateway, both the Base and the MAX, in a standard 19 inch rack at 2U. This is a full width bracket, so the appliance sits in the row with your switch and patch panel instead of loose on a shelf.

⚠️ Before you order and install:

• Check the model on your appliance reads 4200. The Netgate 4100 and the 6100 are a different chassis and will not fit this mount.
• Seat the appliance with its port face outward. Netgate labels that face the rear, but it is the side you want facing out so the four 2.5GbE ports, the console and the power connector all stay reachable.

WHAT YOU GET

• The printed mount, plus the hardware to join the pieces.
• Rack mounting hardware is not included, so use whatever your rack uses. The Netgate 4200 itself is not included.

MATERIAL
I print this one in PETG rather than PLA. The 4200 is passively cooled and uses its own chassis as the heatsink, so it runs warm around the clock in a closed rack, and PETG holds its shape at temperatures where PLA starts to soften.
