This is a full-width 19 inch, 1U rack mount for the Zyxel USG FLEX 200H and 200HP firewalls. It gets your firewall off the desk and into the rack with the rest of your network gear. The front sits right at the rack face so the ports, the status lights, and the console connection stay visible and easy to reach.
**Compatible with:** Zyxel USG FLEX 200H and Zyxel USG FLEX 200HP.
You get the printed center tray plus the two side ears. The firewall sets into the center tray and sits securely at the front of the rack. Rack mounting hardware is not included, so use whatever screws your rack already takes.
I 3D print this in PETG rather than PLA because it handles the heat a firewall puts out far better, which matters when it is running around the clock in a rack. π¬ For any custom design requests please message me.

Came out perfect, as needed.
Pretty Satisfied with it in general. The panel plate is slightly thicker than all my other panel plates, but that's not an issue since my screws are long enough. The screws were a snug fit that required me to slowly screw through the hole; The screw won't slip through the hole. I didn't see a way to secure the Netgear device but it shouldn't fall off with all the connected cables.
