Gets the Omada Fusion 2.5G up off the shelf and into your 19" rack alongside your switches and patch panel. The cavity is open front to back, so you pick which way it faces: slide the gateway in screen-forward to keep the 2.51" touchscreen visible for health scores, speed tests and alerts, or ports-forward if you would rather have the five 2.5G jacks at the rack face. Either way it sits flat in a single U with the cabling running out the opposite side. Good for homelabs, small offices, and Omada networks where the gateway and its built-in controller belong mounted cleanly instead of sitting loose on a shelf.
**Compatible with:** TP-Link Omada Fusion 2.5G (hardware versions V1, V1.60, V2 and V2.60) and the Omada Pro Fusion Pro 2.5G. Both units share the same chassis, so one mount covers either.
β οΈ Important: this fits the Fusion 2.5G and Fusion Pro 2.5G only. The Fusion 2.5G PoE, Fusion Pro 2.5G PoE and Fusion G+ are all different sized chassis and will not fit this mount.
This is a modular mount, so it ships as the caged insert plus a matching blank half that bolt together into a full 19" panel, and the hardware to join the two halves is included. It is fully modular with any of my other standard 19" 1U rack mount designs, which are noted with (Modular) in the title. Rack mounting hardware is not included, so use whatever your rack uses.
I 3D print this in PETG rather than PLA for the better heat tolerance, which matters for a fanless quad-core gateway that runs warm inside a closed rack. The open lattice on the top and bottom keeps air moving across the chassis. A 10" mini-rack version is also listed in my shop.

What a quality build. He worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted
Came out perfect, as needed.
Pretty Satisfied with it in general. The panel plate is slightly thicker than all my other panel plates, but that's not an issue since my screws are long enough. The screws were a snug fit that required me to slowly screw through the hole; The screw won't slip through the hole. I didn't see a way to secure the Netgear device but it shouldn't fall off with all the connected cables.
Very nice design! A great way to take the weird shape of the modem and make it rack mountable
This is great. Looks great in the rack and amazing quality
Amazing I love how it looks.
