19" TP-Link Omada Fusion 2.5G PoE Rack Mount - 1U

Gets the Omada Fusion 2.5G PoE up off the shelf and into your 19" rack next to your switches and patch panel. The cavity is open front to back, so you choose the orientation: screen-forward keeps the 3.69" touchscreen visible for health scores, speed tests and alerts, or ports-forward puts the nine 2.5G jacks at the rack face, with cabling running out the opposite side either way. It holds the gateway flat in a single U. Good for small offices, homelabs, and Omada networks where the PoE gateway and its built-in controller belong mounted properly instead of stacked on a shelf.

**Compatible with:** TP-Link Omada Fusion 2.5G PoE and the Omada Pro Fusion Pro 2.5G PoE. Both units share the same chassis, so one mount covers either.

⚠️ Important: this fits the PoE models only. The standard Fusion 2.5G, Fusion Pro 2.5G and Fusion G+ are smaller chassis and will not fit. I list separate mounts for those in my shop.

Because this gateway is wider than a standard half-rack insert, it prints as a three-piece bracket: a centre tray that cradles the device with a rack ear on each side. The pieces slide together on dovetail seams into one rigid 19" unit, so there is no assembly hardware to fit. Rack mounting hardware is not included, so use whatever your rack uses.

I 3D print this in PETG rather than PLA for the better heat tolerance, which matters for a gateway pushing up to 110W of PoE that runs warm inside a closed rack. The open lattice on the top and bottom keeps air moving across the chassis.
