The FortiGate 80F line is the step up from the 60F for branch and mid-size deployments, and this mount gets it off the shelf and into a 19" rack with the rest of your network gear. The fanless metal body still gets airflow on all sides through the vented cage. It takes two rack units.
Compatible with: Fortinet FortiGate FG-80F, FG-81F, and FG-80F-Bypass. These share the same chassis, so one mount fits all three.
β οΈ Important: The PoE, DSL, and FortiWiFi models in this family are a taller chassis and need a different mount. Message me if that's what you have.
You get the three printed pieces that make up the mount, plus the screws that join them. Rack mounting hardware is not included, so use whatever screws your rack uses.
I print this in PETG instead of PLA for better heat tolerance, so it holds its shape next to gear that runs warm. If you have the 40F, 60F, or 61F instead, I have a 1U mount for those listed separately. π¬ For any custom design requests please message me.

Came out perfect, as needed.
Pretty Satisfied with it in general. The panel plate is slightly thicker than all my other panel plates, but that's not an issue since my screws are long enough. The screws were a snug fit that required me to slowly screw through the hole; The screw won't slip through the hole. I didn't see a way to secure the Netgear device but it shouldn't fall off with all the connected cables.
