19-inch-icewhale-zimaboard-rack-mount
19" IceWhale ZimaBoard 832, 432 & 232 Rack Mount - 1U (Modular)

Fits the IceWhale ZimaBoard 832, 432 and 232 single board server in a 19 inch rack at 1U. It ships as both halves with the joining hardware, so it fills the full rack width from the first install.

FITS

IceWhale ZimaBoard 832

IceWhale ZimaBoard 432

IceWhale ZimaBoard 232

⚠️ Before you order and install:

Check the label on your board reads ZimaBoard 832, 432 or 232. The newer ZimaBoard 2 is a different chassis and will not seat in this mount. I list a separate mount for the ZimaBoard 2 in my shop.

WHAT YOU GET

The mount in two halves, plus the screws and threaded inserts that join them.

No rack screws, and no hardware for the board itself.

MODULAR
This one is part of my Modular Series. It arrives with a blank half already, so it fills the full rack row on day one. Swap that blank later for any other Modular Series mount and run two different devices side by side in the same row. Pieces pair within the same U height, so a 1U joins a 1U.

MATERIAL
3D printed in PETG. The ZimaBoard is passively cooled and leans on its own heatsink, so the air around it in a closed rack gets warm, and PETG holds its shape there better than PLA does.

A 10 inch mini rack version is also listed in my shop. 💬 For any custom design requests please message me.
